Abstract:

In the current environment of press exit mechanism, this paper selects 57 university journals in Hebei province as the research object and makes statistical analysis about publishing situation of university journals in Hebei province from different aspects, including category distribution, regional distribution, publishing period, transmission routes,
impact factors, characteristic construction， and so on. This paper also points out that only when the research ability of
university is enhanced, the positive market elements are used and the professional quality of university journals are developed,
the influence power of university journals can be improved.
