Abstract: In the digital age, searching for profit models is a main interest of publishers for digital publishing business. Through the analysis of studies on implications and status of profit models on digital publishing, this article points out that audience demand, digital products (services), distribution channels and profit are four core elements to the profit model on digital publishing.
