Abstract: Language is the bridge of intercommunication. Editors firstly should make the best use of amicable and appreciative language to express friendly and affirmative manner for authors and colleagues. This is the base of expending personal relationship, attaining excellent manuscripts and achieving the goal performance. Secondly, Editors should understand use of philosophy language to communicate originality and enlighten thoughts, and use of suitably strict languge to deliver rigorous manner, and use of jocular languge to regulate atmosphere of intercommunication and resolve contradictions. It’s editors’effective way to win understanding, trust and obtain better working results.
