Abstract:

The enterprise organizational system reformation in publishing industry leads to new proposals for the
relation between social benefits and economic benefits. Putting forward some opinions on this issue, this paper discusses
how the government should take responsibility, increase investment and put adequate emphasis on the function of
publishing houses, in order to produce books with more social benefits.
