Abstract:

Editors are the manipulators of content quality of academic books and periodicals. The social role of
editors decides the highly unity of magnificence and fine of their professional pursuit. They are the gatekeepers of science
and culture. So editors have to shoulder the responsibilities of suppressing the low-level repeat of cultural products,
carrying forward the national spirit of innovation and purifying the academic ethos. They are also the wirepuller and do
