Abstract:

3G technology’ s merits such as high-speed, convenient, free, interactive, personalization and so
on bring great opportunities for the development of cellphone novel publishing. However, lacking high-quality content,
great authors, enough promotion and strong technology support restricts its further growth. So publishers, communication
equipment manufacturers and mobile communication operators should work together to promote cellphone novel
publishing from four above-mentioned aspects.
