Abstract:

The thesis discusses how to train young editor for publishing house in market environment from four
aspects. Firstly, publishing house should make young editor understand the stratigic location of the publishing house;
secondly, train young editors market consiousness; thirdly, publishing house should establish a secruity system of
scientific and creative in young editor training; the last, publishing house should train young editor the consiousness of
professional manager.
