Abstract:

The advert of digital age has already greatly impacted upon all walks of traditional publishing in
dustry, which includes the corporate governance of publishing enterprise. This article is aimed at the analysis of the
effect on the corporate governance of publishing enterprises taken by the occurrence of digitalization circumstance based
upon the viewpoint angles of technology, culture and economy , describing what will happen and some relevant problems,
on the basis of which the authors further come up with some solutions to them.
