Abstract:

This paper probes into two questions: one is the distance between traditonal and digital publishing
industry. The author holds that, in view of crisis, the distance is near; considering the action taken by traditional publishing
industry, the distance is far. The other question discussed is that digital publishing industry has a vast development
space to a mature digital publishing industry value chain.
