Abstract:

Author resources is the foundation of publishing house. In this article, the author deliberates
two aspects: developing and maintaining author resources. For publishers, they should do well following things:
setting up author resources file, establishing authors group, packing authors, packing conceptions, cultivating
loyal readers, strengthening comparative competitiveness. Meanwhile, editors’ professional ability and professional
ethics is crucial.
