Abstract:

In recent years, the government procurement on books become more frequent, both its quantities
and amounts are far from the past, which will have a profound impact on the book publishing industry. How to
deal with the development should be one of important issues to publishers. The author analyzes its policies and
legal basis firstly, and then summarizes the area, forms, characteristics and its impact, finally puts forward some
suggestions.
