Abstract:

The article describes the production and definition of the right of publisher firstly, and then discusses
the legal issues concerning the right of publisher in detail by the clauses of Copyright Law. The author puts forward that
publishers should be accredited the rights contained in Copyright Law, further more, they should be owned other five
rights like exclusive publishing right, so that the legal rights and interests of publishers could be protected better.
