面向产业人才需求的欧美出版高等教育研究

Research on Higher Education in Publishing in Europe and America Oriented towards Industry Talent Needs

摘要: 搜集美英德法俄等欧美964所高校出版专业本硕培养方案,以及怪兽招聘网(Monster)等全球综合性招聘平台和全球50强出版集团及其下属出版社官网1年内发布的近百条招聘信息等,采用文本分析法,通过对比分析培养方案与招聘信息的高频词匹配度,探讨欧美高等教育如何围绕出版产业人才需求制订培养目标、设计课程内容和培养方式。与出版产业人才职业素养高度契合的多维培养目标体系、“基于工作的学习”策略指导下的课程设置与培养方式,是欧美出版高等教育实现与产业人才需求无缝对接的主要路径。面向产业人才需求的欧美出版高等教育,为出版产业培育了具备较高专业素养和实践技能,并对出版业具有高度认同感和职业追求的专门人才。

Abstract: Drawing on undergraduate and postgraduate training programs from 64 universities across nine western countries, as well as approximately 100 recruitment postings collected from global job platforms such as Monster and the official websites of the worlds top 50 publishing groups and their imprints, this article employs the text analysis method to compare high frequency terms in curricula and job advertisements. It examines how higher education aligns training objectives, curriculum design, and pedagogical approaches with the talent demands of the publishing industry. The results indicate that a multidimensional system of training objectives closely aligned with industry competencies, together with curriculum structures and pedagogies informed by work-based learning, constitutes the key mechanism through which publishing education in Europe and the United States responds to industry needs. Such demand-oriented educational models contribute to the cultivation of publishing professionals equipped with strong disciplinary knowledge, practical competencies, professional identity, and clear career orientation.
