数智赋能文化建设信息化转型的理论依据与实践进路

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 梳理从技术工具理性到人工智能逻辑下文化与技术互动发展的代际演变，基于文化系统的生产方式、表达形态与运行机制三个基本层面，构建“存在 - 感知 - 制度”的分析框架，阐释数智赋能文化建设信息化转型的内在学理依据。进一步围绕文化生产、传播、消费、治理环节，揭示技术驱动文化建设向电子化、数字化、数智化转型的作用机制。最后，从文化资源数字化、应用场景创新、产业生态构建与复合型人才培养等方面提出数智赋能文化建设信息化转型的实践路径。

Abstract:

This study traces the generational evolution of the interaction between culture and technology ， from instrumentally rational technological paradigms to the logic of artificial intelligence. Building upon the three fundamental dimensions of the cultural system，modes of production， forms of representation， and operational mechanisms. It constructs an analytical framework of “existence–perception–institution” to explicate the underlying theoretical foundations of the information-oriented transformation of cultural development empowered by digital intelligence. Furthermore， focusing on the key processes of cultural production， dissemination， consumption， and governance， the study reveals the mechanisms through which technological advancement drives the transformation of cultural development from electronization to digitization and ultimately to digital intelligence. Finally， it proposes practical pathways for advancing this transformation from the perspectives of cultural resource digitization， innovation in application scenarios， construction of industrial ecosystems， and the cultivation of interdisciplinary talents.
