美国数字教材出版平台发展研究与启示

摘要：

美国数字教材出版平台的发展历程可划分为教材数字化、在线数据库和开放课件、资源快速汇聚以及技术深度融合4个阶段。基于在美国市场所占份额，分别对美国基于电子教科书、基于视频课程、具有专业特色的数字教材出版平台，以及在美国占据一定市场的欧洲数字教材出版平台展开研究，分析它们在发展路径、合作模式、规划思路、服务举措、技术方向方面呈现的特点。在此基础上，从精准把握政策导向、有效整合多方资源、精心规划全球化方案、高度重视用户服务体验、积极探索技术创新路径5个角度出发，为我国数字教材出版的发展提供对策和建议。

Abstract:

The development process of digital textbook publishing platforms in the United States can be divided into the textbook digitization stage，the online database and open courseware stage，the stage of rapid resource convergence，and the stage of deep technology integration. Based on their market shares in the US market，research is conducted on digital textbook publishing platforms in the United States that are based on e-textbooks，video courses，and have professional characteristics，as well as European digital textbook publishing platforms that have a certain market share in the United States. The characteristics of these platforms in terms of development paths，cooperation models，planning concepts，service measures，and technological directions are analyzed. On this basis，from the perspectives of accurately grasping policy orientations，effectively integrating resources from multiple parties，meticulously planning a globalization plan，attaching great importance to users’ service experience，and actively exploring technological innovation paths，countermeasures and suggestions are provided for the development of digital textbook publishing in China.
