摘要：

坚持问题导向不仅是马克思主义研究的鲜明特点，也是所有科研工作的科学方法和解
题思路。讨论问题导向研究的定义和特征，梳理当前研究工作偏离问题导向的现状和原因，在此
基础上，从树立和宣传问题意识、强化议程设置、优化选稿和审稿、增强编辑能力和责任担当、
推动学术评价改革和落实等方面，对期刊如何甄别、鼓励和推动问题导向研究的开展提出建议。

Abstract:

Adhering to the problem orientation is not only a distinctive feature of Marxism
studies， but also the probably best method and a problem-solving way of thinking for all scientifific
research. This paper starts with a discussion on the definition and characteristics of problem
orientation， and an exploration on the current situation and reasons for the deviation from the
method. On this basis， this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to identify， encourage
and promote the production and application of such research as follows ：developing problem
consciousness， strengthening agenda setting， optimizing paper selecting and reviewing，
enhancing editorial ability and responsibility， and promoting the reform and its implementation of
the academic evaluation system.
