摘要：

新时代出版业的发展自含其内在逻辑，是在中国共产党正确领导下以出版业高质量发展
解决当前社会主要矛盾的使命担当 ；是以满足人民的高品位需要为旨归，凸显中国特色社会主义优
越性的需要 ；是贯彻出版新发展理念，放大一体化效应的体现 ；是以出版高质量筑基思想引领高站
位，以出版实践躬行马克思主义出版观的时代性表达。新时代中国出版业高质量发展可从六大现实
路径着手推进 ：以主题出版为抓手的社会主义核心价值观引领、中华优秀传统文化的创造性转化和
创新性发展、数字技术下数字社会的加速建设、出版知识服务方式的转变、以全民阅读推进书香中
国建设、出版走出去融通中外。同时，在具体要求上，我们应坚守出版自信践行出版强国、文化强国，
坚持社会效益首位实现与经济效益的双效统一，坚持自上而下的顶层设计与自下而上的出版实践结
合，以出版人才培养为基础融通学业两界。

Abstract:

The development of the publishing industry in the new era has its own internal logic，
which is the mission of solving the main social contradictions with the high-quality development of
the publishing industry under the correct leadership of the Communist Party of China. To meet the
needs of the people’s high taste and highlight the needs of the superiority of socialism with Chinese
characteristics. It is the embodiment of implementing the new development concept of publishing
and magnifying the integration effect. It is the epochal expression of Marxist publishing concept，
which is guided by the idea of high-quality publishing and building a foundation， and practiced
by publishing practice. The high-quality development of China’s publishing industry in the new
era can be promoted from six realistic paths， namely， the guidance of socialist core values with
theme publishing as the starting point， the creative transformation and innovative development of
excellent Chinese traditional culture， the accelerated construction of digital society under digital
technology， the transformation of publishing knowledge service mode， the promotion of scholarly
China through public reading， and the integration of publishing with foreign countries.At the
same time， in terms of specific requirements， we should adhere to the principle of publishing and
practice publishing and cultural power confidently， adhere to the double effect unification of social
benefit first and economic benefit， adhere to the combination of top-down top-level design and
bottom-up publishing practice， and integrate the academic world and the academic world based 
on publishing talent training.
