摘要:

指出科技期刊同行评议中普遍缺乏对审稿人的直接激励,随着期刊稿件数量的快速增长,
这将威胁期刊同行评议的效能。基于区块链及相关技术,提出并探讨了一种新型科技期刊同行评
议机制。该机制由联合曲线和代币管理注册表这两种区块链加密经济原语组成。与传统机制相比,
该机制能提供有效的直接激励以持续保障同行评议效能,进而有助于提升科技期刊的声誉和影响
力,但同时也存在一些缺陷与挑战。

Abstract:

Peer review of scholarly journals generally lacks sufficient incentive for reviewers.
With the continuous growth of the number of manuscripts, it will threaten the efficiency of the
peer review system. Facing this problem, this paper proposes and discusses a new peer review
mechanism of scholarly journals based on blockchain and related technologies. The mechanism
is composed of two blockchain-based cryptoeconomic primitives :the Bonding Curve and the
Token-Curated Registries. Compared with the traditional mechanism, this mechanism can
continuously ensure the efficiency and quality of peer review by providing effective incentives,
and then help to improve the service and influence of journals, but there are some defects and
challenges as well.
