高校社科学报新媒体传播的冷思考

摘要:

在新媒体手段日新月异、期刊体制改革逐波推进的大背景下,高校社科学报的新媒体传播遭遇外热内冷困局,原因在于办刊体制阻碍,编辑新媒体传播观念滞后,熟悉数字新媒体技术的编辑人才缺乏,学术性、专业性制约及数字出版商制造的误区。面对困局,高校社科学报应统一思想,自上而下推进新媒体传播;转变角色,做好“小众化”传播;占据先机,积极探索新媒体办刊模式。

Abstract:

As the new media means are developing rapidly and the journal system reform is successive waving propulsion, the spread of new media in university social science journals encounters dilemma. The reasons caused problems above are: the system obstacles, the editors having no concept of the new media, the dearth of talents who are familiar with new media, the restriction of academic and professional, and the misunderstanding made by digital publishers. Facing the predicament, the university social science journals should take the following measures: unifying thought to promote new media, transforming the roles to do a good job in “minority” spreading, and taking early moves to explore the running mode of new media.
