Abstract: The“precision Medicine Publishing Project”implemented by Shanghai Jiaotong University Press is a benchmarking project in the medical publishing sector of the press in recent years. This paper takes the implementation process of the project as an example， studies from the perspective of project management， and finds that top-level design plays a core role in the whole related management. For high-level medical academic publishing projects， it is necessary to define the project requirements， determine the project path， draw up the quality assurance system， manage and control the project risks， and clarify the responsibilities of project members to ensure the high-quality completion of the project. This paper takes the process of project organization and implementation as a clue to analyze the experience and lessons， so as to provide reference for colleagues in the industry when organizing and implementing high-level medical academic publishing projects.
