摘要:

我国已经组建的若干新闻、 出版、 广电等传媒集团, 应当说在一定范围、 一定区域内都发挥着文化
建设的主导作用, 但不可否认也都不同程度地存在着许多缺陷。 出版业在本身体量很小的情况下, 应当加快行
业资源的兼并重组与优势互补, 从而调整和优化出版产业的生态结构, 做到优势互补, 在此基础上要认真反省
与思考一些关于出版工作的经营理念问题。

Abstract:

Some media groups, such as news, publishing, radio and television, which have been set up in
China, should be said to play a leading role in cultural construction in a certain range and in a certain region,
but there are undeniably many defects in varying degrees, and the publishing industry should speed up the
annexation of industry resources in the case of its small size. In order to adjust and optimize the ecological
structure of the publishing industry and achieve complementary advantages, we should seriously reflect on
and ponder over some issues concerning the management concept of publishing work.
