Abstract:

The Henan-Anhui-Jiangsu revolutionary base area developed the publication of newspapers
and periodicals， and highlighted its education， struggle and organization， payed attention to self review
and examination， improved the quality of the press， and gradually formed a relatively prosperous situation.
The newspapers and periodicals publication played an important role in developing fierce cultural struggle，
constructing proletarian revolutionary culture， mobilizing the masses to participate in the revolutionary struggle
and consolidating the power of the proletarian revolutionary base area.
