Abstract:

Base on professional domain-specific thesaurus and publishing resource, this paper mainly expounds the construction scheme of chemical ontology in Chemical Industry Press, and further expatiats the services provided on account of Chemical ontology, including semantic retrieve, knowledge map, knowledge connection and knowledge recommendation and so on. With domain ontology, it is feasible to innovate the forms of digital content products, to improve the capability of product service, and finally to upgrade information service to knowledge service.
