Abstract:

This paper puts forward editing and proofreading quality concept of uncertainty, analyzes the
causes of uncertainty, solves the problem by the process management. The process management method
includes four aspects，such as “build process management flow”,“define specific tasks”,“process
supervision and inspection”,“process evaluation based on the combination of process and results”.
Through the process management, we can solve the quality uncertainty，that is caused by editors and
imperfect process settings.
