摘要：
利用《 中文社会科学引文索引》（ CSSCI） 2000— 2007 年的数据， 运用文献计量法， 对法学领域 论文引用图书的出版社的被引频次进行相关统计， 概述国内外出版社在法学研究中的被引情况， 评估中国内地 对法学最有学术影响的百家出版社， 论证各类出版社在法学领域的学术作用。

Abstract:
The authors use the data of 2000— 2007 in Chinese Social Science Citation Index， do relevant statistics on publishers which publishs the books that cited by thesis of the field of law through the method of bibliometric, summarize domestic and foreign press cited in law， evaluate 100 domestic presses which are the most academic influence to law， demonstrate the academic role of various types of publishiing house in the field of law.
