我国民营书店战略探讨

首先对民营书店的五种类型及其特点进行归纳总结, 然后运用发展型总体战略和波特基本竞争
战略思想, 深入分析我国民营书店为应对竞争、 求得发展可以采取的发展型战略。 同时, 得出基本竞争战略与
民营书店五种类型的匹配矩阵, 为民营书店从业者制定战略提供决策参考与借鉴。

Abstract:

Firstly, the paper concludes and summarizes five styles and features of private bookstores. Then,
guides by growth strategy of corporate level and Michael Porter’s competitive strategy of business unit level, this paper
makes a deep analysis on the growth strategies of Chinese private bookstores to meet competition and achieve development.
What is more, the paper makes the match matrix between competitive strategies and five kinds of private bookstores to
help private bookstores’ owners to think about their own strategies and make decisions.
