arXiv 电子印本仓储是世界上最大的电子印本仓储， 也是开放存取运动的先驱和典范。 本文分别 从业务、 财务和社会影响三方面分析了 arXiv 的运营情况。 希望对我国电子印本文库的建设和发展能够产生积 极的借鉴作用。
Abstract:
ArXiv e-print archiving was the biggest one in the world and the forerunner and typical example of Open Access Movement. This article analyzes the operation of arXiv in three aspects, i.e. its business, financial affairs and influence. With the exploration, I hope it can provide some positive advice to the development of e-print archiving in China.
