Abstract:

Inefficient peer review isn't rare in many editorial departments because of long reviewing period and
low commenting quality. Some editorial countermeasures are considered to resolove the problems. Both the editors'
specialty quality and the reviewing process should be improved. The reviewing mechanism should be improved and the
reviewers' enthusiasm should be aroused.
