Abstract:

There are few social science journals to review the manuscript anonymously in China. The reason is
that the editor pays less attention to it. It doesn't form a good climate for reviewing anonymously in the group of the
social science journal. It's difficult to look for experts to review the manuscript. So we should take some effective
measures to found the system of reviewing the manuscript anonymously.
