Abstract:

Discerning excellent articles is the most essential ability for an eligible editor. He must learn to tell
greatness from mediocrity, to discern the articles professionally, and to throw himself into the work enthusiastically. If
he does so, he can resonate with the author. Then we can say he has unique insight and he is a good editor.
