Abstract:

This paper summarizes the contribution of ancient books publishing to the document preservation,
culture transmission, modern academic progress and foundation of modern library， then provides a unique perspective
to understand the evolution of the internal locus of Chinese culture, examine the relationship between traditional culture
and modernization.
