Abstract: Analyzes the mechanism of bestseller production into three dimensions: editorial planning, content creation, and reader reception, manifested across three key stakeholders: editors, authors, and readers. Focusing on three pivotal aspects: editor-author collaboration, open creation, and reader re-engagement, it delves into the fundamental model of bestseller production. From three perspectives, editor-author collaboration to consolidate synergy for high-quality content, open creation to establish key principles for crafting masterpieces, and capturing strong reader signals to build a closed-loop collaboration between editors, authors, and readers, it proposes the essential pathways for bestseller production. By clarifying the tripartite symbiotic model of bestseller publishing, it dispels mystical tendencies surrounding bestseller production and effectively promotes high-quality publishing in the new era.
