Abstract:

“ Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period is a critical period for reconstruction and optimization of modern logistics system
in publishing industry. The current logistics system is still not perfect， needs to establish regional publishing logistics alliance
to promote the joint development of regional logistics. The government is supposed to build large-scale publishing logistics
groups to promote the cross-regional cooperation of publication logistics， to build the diversified capital structure to promote the integrated development of urban and rural logistics and to build a logistics e-commerce platform to promote the standardization
of publication logistics.
