Abstract:

Firstly, the paper analyzes the development status and the problems of network journals, and points
out the features and the special problems of the network journals which do not have printed edition. Then, it constructs
an evaluation system of network journals which is made up of user effect, academic standards, website construction
and management with the purpose of promoting the development of network journals. At last, the future development
of network journals is proposed.
