In recent years, there are capital operations existing in distribution of newspapers and periodicals. S
etting about from the industry value chain of newspapers and periodicals distribution, the paper analyzes the opportunity
of capital operation existing in the distribution. Combining the practice, the author sums up Chinese capital operations
in distribution of newspapers and periodicals, and expects its future.
