Abstract:

The paper takes , an up-to-date popular book, as an example,
and gives several experiences worthy of learning about subject selection in the condition of competitive market and
changeable requirements. The author points out that it is important for a successful title to grasp the publishing opportunity,
to combine the editor’s advantages with his publishing house’s advantages, to adapt to market requirements.
