Discuss the concept, the research areas and the subject nature of publishing science. Review the
original period of publishing study in Korea, summarize the Korean Publishing Science Society and the research ac
tivities research and results centered on its society journal － Korean Publishing Science Research, then outline a vista
of the future for publishing and publishing research.
