Abstract:

CNKI（ China National Knowledge Infrastructure） is the most typical integrated scientific journal
platform in China. After introducing CNKI’s organization and operation models， this paper analyzes what problems
CNKI are facing， including benefits distribution， rights management， publishing platform， etc. By referencing Open
Access research results and practice，some resolutions based on third-party are proposed. From viewpoints of innovative
scientific research services and building an innovative publishing platform， some suggestions are presented about
CNKI’s future running model.
