Abstract:

This article analyzes and modifies the common problems in scientific papers written by postgraduates
such as language with many circumlocutions and pet phrases, unclear research level, nonstandard format in charts and
diagrams. Then it puts forward some countermeasures which includes using face-to-face communication way, consulting
reference materials, popularizing national standards and specifications, and encouraging authors to involve in proofreading.
