Abstract:

In China, large-scale publishing enterprises are all facing strategic transition now. It maily contains three aspects:
modern enterprise system transition, digital publishing transition and industry diversification transition. The success of strategic
transition will not only strengthen the core competiveness of large-scale publishing enterprises, but also enhance the international influence of Chinese publishing industry. Practically, the driving force of strategic transition of large-scale publishing
enterprises is capital operation, which is determined by the logic of the market-oriented publishing industrialization. Hence,
it is necessary for large-scale publishing enterprises to make capital operation play a leading role in strategy so that strategic
transition can be successfully achieved.
