Abstract:

Although the further education system for editors has been established in China, it’s fallen well short of its goals.There are still many problems in the execution process,such as the scarcity of training institution,training plan, training content,and training method.Therefore,unified training institutions should be formed and systematic training plans have to be made;scientific training content and a variety of training forms should be selected;reasonable evaluation mode should be adopted and scientific assessment standards are to set up.All measures will implement further education for editors.
