Abstract:

From the aspect of economic system to points, China’s publishing industry policy system can be divided into  two types, one is the  policy of publishing industry system under the planned economic system and policy system and another is the publishing industry under the market economy system. From the perspective of industrial policy, the publishing industry policy system includes the publishing industry development policy, structure policy and organization policy.
