Abstract:

Copyright transfer between the creators and publishers needs to sign a publishing contract, and the creator
is the copyright transfer's main, publishers work under the authority of the author. In the copyright transfering involve a
lot of violations, especially in the case of publisher's having the exclusive copyright, violations should be punished
by the law. This article interpreted the jurisprudence of publishers having some copyrights of a work, and through the
analysis of the sports books copyright typical cases, discussed what should be paid attention to in the copyright transfer
process.
