Abstract:

This paper briefly analyzes the present value of the readers; puts emphasis on how to quantitatively calculate the potential value of the readers, and puts forward a forecast model. By adopting the two variables of reader’ s
present and potential value, the paper sets up a subdivision matrix of readers, dividing the readers effectively. Based on
above, the paper discusses the subdivision method and all kinds of readers market strategy, that is, effective methods for
implementing reader relationship management.
