Abstract:

After investigating 75 college and universitiy libraries that are subordinated to the National Education
Ministry, found 89.33 percent of them have integrated and publicized open access resources more or less; and also discovered that there were not enough integrating and publicizing intensity and sufficient coordination between libraries.
Then brought forward some suggestions to improve the integrating and publicizing efficiency to benefit the users.
