Abstract:

Take the gaining of readers’ trust as one path to transform from traditional publishers to real digital
publishers; analyze the positive effects of the management of readers’ trust and the reasons behind trust
crisis in the process of digital transformation; and then give some suggestions on how to manage the trust
relationship between readers and publishing houses.
