It’s a complex and heavy task to draw pictures for different publication. Establishing practical and relevant
Excel files as the management clue, and combining their functions, such as saving, recording, filtering, statistic
compiling, and remarking, with important stages in the drawing workflow, produces a timely, efficient and precise
method of working.
