Abstract:

As to the level of knowledge management, is becoming one of important factor for enterprise competitiveness.
For the argument of his paper, publisher which always focuses on knowledge should assent on knowledge assets scientifically
based on professional bushinessprocess reengineering, adopt thespecialized method of knowledge management for each section.
At the meantime, publisher should take the indispensable measures for knowledge management on strategy, leadership,
cooperate culture and administration mechanism.
