Abstract:

This article deliberates three stages of the late Qing dynasty pictorial: sprouting period, devopment
period and high spirits. And then, analyzes the reasons of its prosperity, they are afferent of pringting, affection of
pictorial, springing of bottom culture, the requirement of propergating western culture and enlightenment civil wisdom.
