Abstract:

Concrete expressions during peer review of academic quality of the editor of sci-tech periodicals are
analyzed. The author thinks that, besides knowledge and ability of scientific research, an exemplary editor of a
sci-tech periodical should have three characteristics during peer review. That is, the ability to select peer reviewer accurately,
to accept or reject reviewer’s manuscript evaluations appropriately, and to give additional suggestions on manuscripts.
